Dark blue/green eyes, pale, gold blonde. make-up ideas?

So I'm always very confused as to what kinds of make-up make me look the best. I have fairly pale skin, dark blue eyes that many people say change back and forth from blue to green, and gold-ish blonde hair. My face shape is oval-round, and I have fuller...

lips and pretty average sized eyes that often look smaller because when I smile I really squint. I want to make them look bigger.

Right now I stick to a basic foundation, plain black mascara, and clear gloss. I want something to make my eyes pop, look bigger, and make my face look prettier.

Does anyone have any tips as to what I should do with my make-up? I have no idea what to do here. Thanks!

I put foundation over my lips to make them look more pale, then a light pink shimmery lip gloss over them, I use a light pink blush, and I use a ton of black eye shadow almost up to my eye brows, but about 4cm from them. and I put it in kind of a rounded cat eye shape. Dad said that makes my eyes pop out. The I put eye iner on the inside of my bottom eye lid, and underneath my eyelashes lightly to give it a day old eyeliner look. I don't know, make up is hard to describe on here. Look up make up videos on youtube maybe?

the only problem might be that you appear to have dark hair and darker eyes.

Put on a light color eyeshadow and then a darker shade.This will really make your eyes pop.Wear mascara only on your top lashes.Use a foundation the same or a little darker than your skin color.
