What are some dance theme ideas?

What are some cool theme ideas for our Middle School Dance??? The date is April 11, but I wanted some ideas because our student council starts planning way in advanced, and we have spring break right before. Any cool suggestions???

I once went to a party called the BW party. (Black White). You had to dress in monochrome.. and you could be formal or non-formal.. it was great happy Everyone looked fantastic!
And im going to a party soon with the 'Bling' theme.. I don't know how well that will go down but ..hey =]

Somewhere in Time...

People can pick which era to come from, whether it be from the 20's or the 80's...it would be fun to see a 60's couple dancing next to an 80's couple.
