Cut on genitals infecious?

if I were to cut the tip of my pen*s(the actual pen*s part NOT the skin) or just in the hole with my fingernail (enough for it to bleed)
I have three questions.
As im struggling to see the cut .
How long would it take to get infected if it were going to?
What signs would I get if it were infected ?
How long would it take to heal ?
please no bagging me or treatment advice just please answer these 3 questions

A couple of days
It would be red with streaks coming from the cut
It probably wouldn't heal without antibiotics

it would probably be like 2 or 3 days before you would feel or see it getting infected. it would be red and tender to the touch probably and maybe even a little tiny bit puffy because that area is so sensitive. ..it would probably take about 4 or 5 days to heal assuming there is nothing aggravating it to keep it from healing.
