What is the best way to curl my hair?

my hair is wavey
its not stright so I can just take a bath and be fine ,and not curly ,and I need to take bath daily cause I have to work out in gym everyday
what is the best way to curl it?
I bought loreal curling hair moose,it helped me though...

,but I still want easy way to make it my style without ruining my hair daily with those things I just want to give it a shape that stay a whole day,,thanks

ok what ever the ethnicity. go get the litte tub of black people gel
that the have in the corners of hair care in your average wallmart.

it keeps your hair healthy with vitamens AND it doesnt give you that crunchy feel to it.
