I think it depends on the situation as to who makes the move on whom .
I personally don't mind if I make the first move or he does, but I get a bigger thrill if he makes the move first .

I asked both my boyfriend out.. it really doesn't matter at all. First relationhip lasted 2.5 years and me and my current boyfriend almost together 3 years. Guys are just as shy as girls when comes to asking out.
