Will cremation send their soal to heaven?

if you cremate a love one will there soal go to heaven

Personally I believe no matter what you do with the body,their soul where go where it's supposed to be.

Well it sounds kinda bad when happycactus says it... but I think that their soul is kind of like our memories... you won't ever forget that person, and you love them... so in a way their soul carries on.

I hope that there is a heaven, but either way... the person will be at peace now. Sometimes I think... maybe heaven is a state, not a place. A state where there is no negative things... but without negative things there can't be positive things... so maybe heaven.. is nothing... absolute peace.

I think it is hard for a human to make sense of ... nothing... because everything we have every experienced is something.

I think that... it could be like how it was before you were born. Nothing. Peace.

Well thats my view anyway, whether cremated, or buried... the person will be in peace.

No one knows where we go at that time of space,I know when my Mother Died I was not
there but when I saw her lying there I knew their was something different about her besides being Deceased,so that feeling we all have like Love in are Hearts was gone,
you see the Soul is in the Heart;when people hurt others it's in there Hearts to do so,
it's up to that person to change,so when you our Cremated,it doesn't matter,your
Soul/Heart will go where it suppose to go.

In paleolithic(basically the root of all religions today, in one way or another) times and in modern paleolithic based religions it was believed that the soul was tied to the body. The body was burned so that the soul can be sent of to the other world/reincarnated, what ever after life they believed in. Christians and other biblical religions began to their dead differentiate themselves from other religions, not for any true religious purpose(none that I know of really).

People who are cremated go to hell. The only way to ensure you go to heaven, is to have yourslef burried alive, so you can be sure you don't get cremated.

Was it a joke? If you truly believe that your lot in the afterlife depends on how others dispose of your body after you are dead and have no say in the matter, then no, it's not a joke.

On the other hand, hopefully it does highlight the absurdity of that idea.
