I am a Christian, so if you are talking about Christianity, then the answer is no. the Bible says to remain pure until marraige, this means no sexual contact, no kissing, etc. going out alone with the opposite gender is not even healthy for your Christian walk, the Bible says that we must surrender our emotions to Him, and that we must set our affections on the things above. I am 14 years old and I have made the commitment to save my first kiss until my wedding day, and I have promised to court and not date. courting is the way to go for Christians, if you want more info, go to lifespace.cc then GROUPS then COURTING VS DATING happy

I'M AM RAISED IN CHRUCH SO I SAY YES. NOTHING IS WRONG WITH DATING AS LONG AS YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO SPEND YOUR LIFE WITH, AND NOT JUST DATING FOR THE FUN OF IT. I COULD SAY a lot ON THAT ,BUT I WON'T HAVE A NICE DAY***KISS***

thats where some unbelievers go to play their games. but the honest ones are looking for someone who they plan on being faithful to forever. so dating is a word that is not synonimus with the same goal.

Dating is acceptable to most Chirstians. I'm sorry livinlikechrist, but I really can't class kissing etc as being against Gods' will. Remaining pure means no sexual contact, fine, but guys and girls within a christian community should date if they want.

livinlikechrist probs thinks im a blasphemer or sumthing becos even though im christian I fully intend to have sex before I marry. I think its just sumthing I want to do, no peer pressure or anything. plus the whole idea of courting sounds very jane austen which whilst sounding quite easy and romantic in books dusnt actually fit in with 21st century life. plus no way am I marrying without having kissed first happy damn me all you want but if you're a decent christian you'd accept me!

I also disagree with livinlikechrist, dating is perfectly fine and so is kissing bc kissing is not sexual. I cant imagine marrying someone I've never even kissed

There are Christians and then there are 'true' Christians who wait until they are married before they have sex as taught by Jesus in the Bible.

If you date you must go out with other couples, not alone. The reason is because it is too tempting to start kissing and allow it to go too far. So we must protect our Chrisian walk and remain pure until the marriage bed.

oh so now im a fake christian am I orion? I suppose thats what you would say, you bible basher, how the f*ck do you walk christian style? obviously I've missed that bible class, or is it just moon walking?
