Counseling how to ask??

hello, I finally realize that I need counseling. how do I ask my mom?? without saying im hurting myself again and I need counseling...???

well you acually have to tell her the truth.
or maybee she would be ok if you just told her that you need and to trust you.
but that probably won't be the case.

Good for you for knowing you need counseling. Tell your mom that you are (fill in the blank) and need counseling. Make it simple. If she doesn't believe you or want you to get counseling, try to find a teacher, advisor, other adult to talk to your mom and convince her to let you get counseling.

well somethings moms just dont need to know so
you can either:

-ask someone you can trust
-tell your mom the truth

Tell her that you need to see your family doctor because of - whatever - and then tell your doctor. He / She will help you.
