Is cosmetic surgery a wise thing to do?

I'm thinking at 47 years of age is to old for a nose surgery, the skin is really bad and has pick holes. I wonder if it's a wise thing to do?

If I were you I'd have a consultation with at least 3 plastic surgeons before you make a decision. Personally I don't think it's ever too late to make a change, but that's from a philosophical standpoint only. You need to address the other issues with the professional, e.g. cost and health risk.
