Why do my contacts make me feel tired?
After a while of wearing my contacts, they make me sleepy, but as soon as I remove them I start feeling more awake.
They might not be the right prescription
If you have dry eyes it will also make you tired. If you have been wearing them for a a long time (year) your eyes could have changed perscriptions or be dry. The dryness could be from alergies this time of year. jj8277 has a good point if the prescription is a year old or older.
