Contacting the dead safely

I truely believe in spirits and I've always wanted to try and contact them to have a more personal experiance with them, but I heard if you do something like a oujia board you can let bad spirits that haunt you out, so I dont want to do that really,

there any other safe way to talk to a spirit, or see one?

Yeahh don't do Oujia Boards haha. Go to a professional medium (: They have meetings / gatherings / services things like that frequently, there'll be some by you.

You need professional help. like psychiatrist. I can psych that you really have some issues need resolving, and contacting spirits will not help you

Tarots, or such. You can also try meditation, such. As for contacting a proffesional, it's not as easy as you think. It's rare to come across someone who actually posses the ability that you can go to not just someon whose after your money.

If it matters to you what the bible says, it forbids this. The only spirit we are to seek is the Holy Spirit.

I agree with thex13hxchild...finding someone who actually possesses the skill to contact spirits is rare, though not impossible. Best to stick to the famous psychic mediums you hear about on tv, if you can get an appointment! Otherwise, join your local spiritualist church group. In response to silverwings, you are entitled to yr opinion, but surely this is not a preaching website? I often wonder why God followers waste their time on stuff like this...it's not really helpful to those who post questions.

well, I can see the dead spirits, but I can only talk to them if I see them without having to concentrate. the thing I did before was meditation. its very good for calming down, too, because then your ancestors supposedly are allowed acsess into your mind and then they calm your anger levels and everything.
