How can I tell a girl that is 7yrs older than me that I love her and that I want to be with her and ask her if she feels the same way?

Well....ask her....you can start out telling her how you think she is a pretty special girl and if you were 7 years older nothing would stop you....then laugh and say what do you think about younger guys....like me hahah? you might be surprised...haha I don't know you age but you would have to be pretty up there for that age diff to work....

You didn't say how old you were, but you have to just be yourself, and be open and honest with the girl you like. You could start off by saying, I'd like to talk to you, do you have the time?And then ask her how she feels about you. You must have some kind of inkling how she feels. Anyway, good luck!!!
