wow 59 lucky I wish I was that tall its not 130 pounds that sthe weight for someone 54 I think urs is around 140 pounds

Or something around that. And I'm five ten.
So you should probably weight the same.

google BMI (body mass index) a lot of web sites have a BMI calculator, you put in your hieght and weight and it will tell you what is average and what your fat % is

I'm 5' 9 also, but I weigh 117lbs.. I'm not underweight or anything but I believe if gained 10-15lbs it wouldn't b so bad.. So maybe 130-ish wud b ok..

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
