There's this guy in my class and I think he likes me, but I don't know if I should ask him out or what. He looks at me a lot, but in a different class he's always talkin to this other girl. So, what should I do?

Well he probably likes both of you but who knows what is going on in his head. The other girl sounds like she's making more of an effort than you are so if you really want to date this guy you might want to suck up your pride and go flaunt towards him so he only sees you.
