could get pregnant the close to your cycle?

I had sex 3 days before my cycle was suppose to start. I didnt think you could gt pregnant the close to your cycle? My cycle is 6 days late, if I took a test would it come out right ,or is it to early???/

I'm pretty sure that you're not supposed to have sex that close your period without protection since your egg has already dropped from your ovaries... hence the reason for a period...shedding the lining and egg and ridding them from your body. You should take a test if you don't start within the next 3 or 4 days.

thnks. I am nt havin any signs for anything. no signs for my cycle no signs that I may be pregnant. so I really don't know what to think...
