Is this bubbling and bloating sensation pregnancy?

I haven't had my period for about six to seven weeks and I think I'm pregnant but not sure because I've been feeling light cramping bloating sensations and just today I noticed light pink blood on toilet paper along with more cramping and like bubbling sensations in my stomach so I don't know what to think anymore?
