I like to get away to a quiet scenic place to pray, that really relaxes me and helps me face what's going on, knowing I'm not alone.
well the other answers are great ideas. but I would like to add my 2 sense. you are absolutely beutiful! and there for those strangers wispers are most definatly not amed at you. and as for people that know you that are wispering if they don't like you then they can leave. be who you are, and don't let anyone tell you that you need to change!
you escape it by making something really great of yourself to keep your mind off it - maybe by helping others - maybe you could help with children at a church, or at a daycare or library - reading to the kids. maybe by engrossing yourself in multiple fundraisers that would benefit the elderly (visit seniors), or just becoming someone that everyone will look up to by showing that you are helpful, caring and also smart and beautiful!
this is what my best homeboy told me a wile back; theres times and situations when you just have to relax and stop worring let what ever's going to happen happen,.

what others say about you is absolutely none of your business. so never mind what others say because there always will be people who dont want to see you moving ahead. constantly remind yourself how much you have accomplished without them, trust me it helps a lot. finally be proud of yourself, keep your head up and your chest out because life has great things in store for you.





How to keep confidence that you already have?
