If you are on birth controll its okay but if your not you should use a condom to prevent yourself from getting pregnant

LEARN about sex before you go off having it
learn about as well as a male and female reproductive system
birth control, contraception, pregnancy and sti/stds
don’t have sex until you know the consequences involved with it
because the main reason why kids and teens like you get pregnant and get stds
is because of a lack of sex education

It's ok to have sex without a condom if you're partner is clean and you are on birth control.

otherwise no, then it's stupid.

and it feels better having sex without a condom.

YES!!! because teens shouldn't be having sex in the first place. No unmarried people should be having sex. Sex is a very special wonderful thing that should NOT be taken lightly. It comes with a committment. It should be a gift of two people to one another, not something you have to protect yourself from!!
My answer is, if you think you need to use a condom, you shouldn't be having sex at all.
The right time for sex is when your married, with your spouse. Then you won't NEED a condom!!
