Where is the best place to get help if you are computer illiterate like me ?

Here. There are plenty of Tech savvy people that frequent this site and can explain things in an easy to understand manner. Ask a question no matter how 'stupid' you might feel it is. I will promise not to laugh.... at least not in the thread......Well, maybe just a little, but we all are still here to help you.

Best thing to do - go to adult non-credit classes at local community college. You can find classes for beginners, plus with an instructor right there, ask questions!
