Computer screen size adjustment. :(

You know when you have a dvd and the two black lines are up? one at the top one at the bottom? Well this has happened to my computer screen. Everything is so small the nterenet is just in one stri[ in the middle it's maximised. the start button is...

up there too. The computer screen as it was before is now like a dvd screen with two black strips with one at the top and one at the bottom.

How do I adjust the screen back into it's normal size? D:

This is a windows vista. (if that helps)

im not exactly sure but when a dvd has those black lines, its called widescreen
so your computer screen is set to widescreen
and there must be a button somewere that turns it off or that lest you adjust the screen veiw
