Computer pic to cell phone

Using fun mail, am I able to upload a picture from my computer and mail it to my phone??

Im trying to find a way to send pictures from my pc to my cell phone.

If your question is how do you send a picture from say your yahoo to a cellphone it's easy, tell the person your trying to send the pic to to call 611 from their cell and ask customer service what is their email to their phone number all phones today have one even prepaid I hope I helped.
