Cigar smoke worse than cigarette?

How harmful is cigar second hand smoke compared to cigarette second hand smoke. My grandma smoke like 4 a day and I stay in the next room. Is this worse than cigarette smoke.

I dont know which is worse but I know both can kill you,I have someone I love dearly diagnosed with brain cancer and has 1year to live he is only 37years of age and yes he has been smoking for 16 years we are devasted please talk with grandma about the death will she is signing every time she lights up,the sad thing is that she is signing yours also and thats so unfair.this is very serious best wishes
