are you joking ? lol well first seen if the daddy wants to be there and support you give him a chance? I dunno that situation.. but if your done with that and you need money then you should get some support too and your baby ... but go about it the right way first then get the law involved

No, im not joking lol. And the dad doesnt want to be involved. I tried to ask if he wanted to see the baby but his parents cuss me out if I ever call them, and so far the dad has made it clear he want nothing to do with isabella

You can definately get child support even though you are both minors. I had a friend that did it. I believe that his parents would have to pay. Good Luck!

If he is a minor, it might be difficult for you to get child support from him right now but you should still file a claim so that he gets the idea that he is going to have to be responsible in the very near future.
