Chihuahua puppies

my chihuahua dog cant feed her puppies anymore they are two weeks old and I dont know if I should give it formula and im still scared that they might die what can I do so they dont die

Consult the vet as soon as possible.

Call your veterinarian. They should have an after hours emergency number with a Dr. on-call.
This would definitely be an emergency because puppies need to eat and they are very young.
If your vet doesn't have an on-call then call every vet office in town until you find one.

I am sorry but how do you know she can't feed them? But I am agreement to consult your Vet ASAP. But I just want more information since this is a Sunday, before you feed the pups.

At two weeks the pups are pulling off so much of the milk it may seem like she does not have milk when in fact she does. You don't want to to look full all the time. My daughter's Chihuahua is nursing pups and she does not look like she has milk because the pups drink it all.

The dog also need privacy to nurse. Too many people bothering her will cause her to be nervous around the pups and stop nursing when they are in the room.
