A cooking pan with a diameter of 20cm is filled with water and covered with a 4kg lid.if the local atmospheric pressure is 101kPa,determine the temperature at which the liquid start boiling.

use steam table as reference!!!

You might have mis-copied the question. To make it work it needs to read starts or started instead of start.
