My wife cheated on me and got knocked up. She move din with her boyfriend, he was a busive, got with another guy who is also abusive. It has been 4 years her bastard son is almost 3. She wants to leave her abusive boyfriend and live with me again, our son, who is 10 is al excited, she has left befr3e to come back and leave again. I just bought a condo without her, if she moves in, will she have legal rights to half the condo?

No, because unless you guys are LEGALLY divorced, then she is entailed to everything, But if it is soley your name in the Contract, I think not, I would decline her proposal to comeback unless she is willing to change her ways.. :] goodluck.

unless her name is also on the contract then she has no authority over the condo. and you shouldnt let her move back in with you if think shes going to leave again, you should help her change her lifestyle it'll be better for your child
