Cheapest cruise?

What is the cheapest cruise to go on but is safe and not discusting?? Because my mom doesnt make a lot of money from her job, and we are going on a cruise next year!!

There are loads of sites online (such as cruisecheap.com) that claim to get the best deals.

Me? Personally, I'd contact a travel agent and see if they could get me a special deal.
