Cell phones on planes

Asked by flipper24 4 months ago, 7 answers.

Okay, this is related to my other question and I would like to know. Can you bring a cell phone on a plane as a carry- on as long as it is turned off?

because the thing is I'm scared that I'll get to the security and they'll make me dispose of it or something, and then I won't have a cell phone while I'm there or anything wich would be a huge problem, and also I'm not having a luggage bag, carry on only

Well, after doing some research, it seems that the answer is still inconclusive - some airlines allow it while others do not.

You should probably call the airline to get this information firsthand.
