Does anyone know any positive/negative effects for cell phone use???

A: on the upside, you can talk to whoever you want whenever you want, wherever you want. contrariwise, on the downside, it costs money.

A: Positive things about cell phone useage, unlimited minutes, portability, good for emergencies, good for chatting. negative things, expensive, some have poor signal, poor service on some, dependible when you really need to use it, and, having to drive and be distracted. Those could be some things about cell phone useage.
