Is this brown spot on my tooth a cavity?

cavityy??? ok I've had about 7 cavities before in my lifee...I've been getting random toothaches... and I can see a little brown spot.. I wet to the dentist and they said there was nothing there...do you think I have a cavity?

Try a new dentist or using a toothpaste with extra fluroide (spelling is incorrect I know) It may be a cavity or a shadow.

I have those too on my very back bottom teeth and both my dentists say they aren't cavities. I guess maybe they are stains that have accumulated over time. I feel sure if they were important, the dentist would have said so.
