there's war you halve the deck, then both of you lay down the first card in your pile. Whomever has the highest number get's both of the cards layed down. if there's a tie you lay down 5 cards each, then someone picks one card from each of there 5 cards that they layed down and whoever has the highest card picked out get's all the cards that they layed down, so they'd get 10 cards.
