K so lately I havent been able to fall asleep, to much goes on in the day now.
I guess im filled with stress, usually I just chat inline till like 2 so that im tired and can sleeep, but lately I've been to stressed to sleep. What can I do to lesson my...

Melatonin helps..

its a supplement that is naturally occurring in the body.

if that fails... find some way to relieve stress... work out instead of chat or something.
