I have the exact same problem!!! I just have to try to relax and focus on something else. Running the water in the sink helps me sometimes, too.
I had to go for random drug tests for my job even though nobody watched me pee they did stand out by the door waiting which can make you nervious.I used to buy at least 2 bottles of water on my way to the drug test and drink them fast sure enough when I had to give them my speciam I could go.Also if your a female you have the luxury of a private stall to pee in unlike me and have to use a urinal and pee in crowded mens room for everybody to view.You will be fine don't concentrate on it think other things

I have a really bad problem. I have to go pee for drug tests ( I dont do drugs long story) anyways a woman has to stare at me while I pee to make sure I dont cheat on my test and well I cant pee in front of people.. Everytime I go to take a test I have...
this problem even if I have to pee when I go in the place I simply cant go when they are watching. I tried this morning and I couldnt go so now I have to try again tomorrow morning. Its really becoming a problem for me. Any ideas on how I can pee in front of these people and get the stupid test over with??
