Can you still have children if...

Out of curiousity...I was wondering if somebody who is paralyzed from the waist down...specifically a male can have children if they're paralyzed from the waist down?

Yeah, but if you're paralyzed...wouldn't that...not really work either.? I mean, they could still use their sperm to have children, by in-vitro or artificial insemenation or whatever, but could they physically do it?

yes they can...I have heard cases about people being paralyzed but still being able to do it...not everyone paralyzed can though...thats why I said it depends on their medical case
