Yes, you can get the sperm sorted, but this involves IVF and is very very expensive...

ummm... I don't think you can, cause most people don't even noe when a baby is comming/to be expected!! - most just have sex, and the male and female chromosomes link together to form a gene for either a baby girl or boy!! but I've heared stuff like, if you eat a lot of dairy products - you have a higher chance of having a girl! if you eat a lot of meat and alternatives - you have a higher chance of having a baby boy!! but I bet that's just a taboo =P... but you never noe!!

Ty has it right, the only way is though sperm selection. You changing your diet won't do anything, the man 'chooses' the sex of the baby, that is to say, the sperm has the desiding factor (X or Y).
