well dear, laxatives arent the answer. u can dehydrate yourself, or end up in the hospital from depleting your electrolytes .stop drinkin sodas and eating things high in sugar. drink some regular PLAIN grapefruit juice lots of water with or without lemon. Eat more veggies, less friend foods. Smaller portions 4 times a day. u cant starve and think u will lose weight. Give up potatoe chips and french fries, and drink lots of water!! walk everyday. start out 30 min for a week. then increase to 45 the next and go up to a full hour. set your pace, increase your speen. do some crunches. you cant lose weight and be lazy- it just doesnt happen. Water, 8-10 cups a day.
That's what laxatives do sweety...! lol... and its not the way to go..you should know that..if you have a brain for thinking stupid thoughts then it should might as well work for great ideas use your head..you know what's right...and don't play dumb... eat 6 meals and exercise..!
