Can the cashier lecture us about buying condoms?

I was in cvs with a bunch of peoplewe were looking at condoms, we werent going to buy them or anything but a women who worked there came over and told us to leave. I refused to leave though and I wanted to pay for my nail polish so I paid for it but she...

was the only cashiere person there so me and my friends went to pay and she gave us a whole lecture and told us we were too young to buy condoms and she told us to never come back again. can she do that? arent you aloud to buy condoms even if your like 7? ohwe also noticed she over charged us.

No hun. You might be too young in her opinion. But, I mean if your sexually active at least you were thinking about being protected! =)

There is no certain age required to buy condoms.
I would take what ever she over charged you on with the receipt back to CVS and ask to talk to a manager.

I agree she shouldnt be doing that her job is to just help the customer out and it shouldnt matter what your doing or not its not her problem

Talk to the manager the next time you go in. There is no age limit, and she could lose her job for treating a customer like that.

my friends told me that she does things like that a lot. she kicks people out if they come in with more then 4 people, like in a group.

ahe is obviously on a powertrip I mean if you was going to by the condoms and she didnt let you then you could gone and had sex with out them and it would of been her folt s*upid woman lol just ignore her I would!!!
