Can the finger reach the hymen

hi my name is amna an di wanted to ask you a Question my question is that can a finger reach the hymen, if yes can a finger broke the hymen because once I think I put my finger in vagina and some blood came out. So I think I broke my hymen.

I'd say that since a tampon can break the hymen, a finger could do the same.
