Should I be tested for herpes?

some kid in my class came up to me and told me I look like I have herpes. what the f*ck!?
I don't think I do, but now I'm paranoid. and I just want to make sure.
I want to get tested, but I don't know how to ask my mom to take me.
can someone help me?

Let me just say now, you can't tell just by looking at a person wether they have genital herpes or not. The only time you are at risk is when you have unprotected sex with someone, and don't use a condom.

If you want to get tested, go to your local family planning clinic and get it tested.

just go up to her and just say I want to go to the doctor .if your mom knows you have sex then it nothing to worry about but if she don't just go up to her and just ask.

well I have a cut on my lip but it hurts but I hit my face on something lmfaoo.
I'm going to ask my mom, she'll probably say "alaina, you don't have herpes huunny"
