Can people rate their own photos?

I didn't think you can do that but on my friend's activity, a friend on there..(I'll just call them Bob) it said Bob just rated Bob's picture.

but it's much nicer if others would rate 'em for you instead of you rating them to make them look nice even if others may disagree... and friends' activity runaround will show ALL your friends' activities no matter what is it, except for funmail activities...
