Will chinese slim tea make me lose weight?

Hey jess thanx for your advice , hey by taking Chinese slim tea will I lose weight? Cause it makes me go toilet a lot , or should I still make myself puke ? Please reply I'm so fat Jessi, nice name by the way.

Honestly I've never heard of Chinese slim tea, what is it? Anyway, it worked for me, but I was in quite a state of mind. It's really hard to describe, it's like, when I looked at food that people wanted me to eat, all I could see was 1lb gained...it was like freedom in a way. Then I felt delicate and pretty actually for the first time in my life...but initially it wasn't really about that.
It all comes down to convicing yourself that you're in control, you don't have to eat, it's just 5 more lbs. And if it helps think about how gorgeous you'll be and how everyone will envy you . lol...hope it helps

I have try everyting you could think of to loose weight. I have been dieting since 9 now I m 28 years old. Is always hard to be thin. To tell you the truth, the only way to loose weight and keep it off is to eat mostly vegetables, fruits and good carbs. No white flour and sugar. Excercise 3-4 times a week. I know it sounds horrible but thats truly the only way. I have done it all. The tea works like laxative, so helps by loosing water and stool. It helps because it helps you go but you still have to eat healthy to loose weight. Loosing weight sucks!

No, the chinese slim tea is not ma huang and it will not help you loose weight. It is an herbal stimulant laxative. It'll give you terrible intentinal cramps and if you use it for a long time it'll cause permanent damage and you won't be able to have a BM and be constipated. Laxatives never work for weight loss, by the time stuff gets to the back end, all the calories have already been used up by the body or stored as fat. Save your money and your colon. You're young still...instead of looking for pills and eating disorders have you thought about setting fitness goals?

Yes...last Dec.07 I was weighing in @ 213lbs...in Jan.11, 08 started taking this exercising 3/4 times a week. I am now 190lbs...I take it about 7am before brushing my teeth w/out any sweeter and my sugar cravings are very low, now. I am not a big eater...but one thing I do notice is that I don't feel bloated or stuffed (Yes, it is a laxative). It is like everything you see out there...everyone's body is unique and what works for me may not work for others...the same goes for taste...what for me this tea has no taste but for under $5.00(and this is a months supply)...it's not bad. So, it's not right to say that this product is not good ... when first of all we aren't chinese nutritionist to give that type of statement. Bottom line...I tried it and it's worked for me I've seen the results.

I think it does. It makes me go to the restroom. I dont get cramps because I follow the directions. This is not like other teas. This one, if you leave the tea bag for more than the time that it tells you to, you will get cramps. That is why it is really important to follow what it says. Also you should try it on a weekend, so that you make sure that you know how it works and you dont have to worry about having to go to the restroom when you leave the house. That is scary. hahaha. But it does help with weight problems since we have so much poop inside that doesnt always come out. I hope this helps. Also if you are cleaned inside, I have noticed that the vitamins that I take are more effective. Im not a doctor. Im just giving my pesonal story.

I bought slim teas yesterday. it causes cramps and...I still look fats. it breaks my hearts and for all the guys that expect me too be sexy. and now im constipated!!!oh my gosh.like my butthole hurts!!!
