Yes you can take acetaminophen (Tylenol) during your pregnancy, it is safe for you and your baby of course if you don’t go over the regular dosage. Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Nuprin) are prohibited during pregnancy, ibuprofen is one of the most damagable for the foetus.
These are indication from my doctor and pharmacist, if you are not sure, you should call your local drugstore for more advices.
