Well I dont know about for free, but there is always student loans and financial aid available for you. Or you can get a job and save up money.
I go for free, I applied for PELL and TAP financial aid. I get a $250 book voucher for books too.
of course, there is always a procedure to make it free. Just ask local college for more information, because they have different procedure each other.
Now a days you can't go to college for free unless your on schollarships.
Its not possible. You'd have to apply for financial aid. That's what I'm on. I don't know your parents situation but, maybe there could be a way to apply for financial aid.
