No you may not.. My doctor told me that you can't start anything until they are 6 months.. and then it is very limited.. You can't even do the vapor bath. I would take the baby to the doctors if it is really bad and they should him or her on some prescription. But I will tell what my doctor told me about mine. Get a humidifer or a vaporizor and run that. It helps a lot with his congestion. Hope I was helpful.
