virginity doesn't protect you from anything! you need to get tested asap. Every single time you have sex..without protection you are at risk for getting STD's or STI's. Whether it's the 1st time or 16th time you had sex has no effect on the matter.
If he has an STD, tell the people at the Dr or clinic that you had unprotected sex and what STD he has so they can test you for that specifically, and it is probably a good idea to get tested for all other STD's while you are there..He could have something else that he is unaware of..where one STD is another one usually isnt too far behind.
Next time be really careful and use a condom, one sexual act can lead to a lifetime of a disease that you will have to deal with and explain to every partner you ever have.
