Can I find out about my disbility case during the appeals porcessthe judges decision?

Normally you can't find anything out until a decision is reached. I had to wait one year to find out the outcome of my disability case. I finally had to hire an attorney to get the case to Superior Court and then the decision was reached very quickly and I didn't have to pay the attorney any fees because the other side had to pay the bills.
