Can anyone tell me how to start my own fashion clothing business?

Can anyone tell me how to start my own fashion clothing business? I'm 16 and I want to start my own business, where I design the outfits and have my own store, any advice on how to do this? I know im young but im so ambitious lol and I've got a plan x

you have to build up to it, start working in a clothing store to get experience with clothes and that, then you can climb further and further up the fashion ladder. its a hard one though.

Well what experience do you have.
I assume you can design the clothes and make the clothes(sewing and such), but what experience do you have in running a store?

But you need to do what hannah said and work up to it.

I know how to sketch out designs and all out different materials, I know how to manufacture the clothes, sewing etc and I've worked in 2 diferent clothing stores, the first was for a year and the second was for a year and a half x

Yay, you have more experience then I first thought and that makes me happy!

I would advise some research in the accounting and book keeping of a store.

Well first off, I would probably invest in a studio, unless you want one in the back of your shop, I wouldn't advise of that because you want some outfits before you buy the store.

You'll need to buy a store (of coarse),go through all of the paper work with the naming, billing, and such. When you finally find one, I would go with a cheaper one that is easily fixable, vintage is in! lol. One that you can be creative with and be able to fix-up to your liking.

Buy all the nessesities and make sure that you have everything you will need.
Hire the people you will need to assist you in running the store. Hire wisley. Make sure you have everything organized and neat.If I were you I would hire someone to help me start off a busniess. Someone who has opened and ran a busniess and knows what they are doing.

Then open for busniess!
This list is a very simple watered down version of a hard and time taking process that you will have to venture, but the rewards will be very fulfilling!

but my mother is very experienced in the buying and opening of hotels so I know the general basics of opening a busniess.
