I have done the research and female sperm can only be created by a genetisist in a lab and has only been almost done. The process has not been successfully completed yet and so far only in chickens. It is theorized that it may be possible in the future but only with a scientists help and invitro fertilization to convert female bone marrow cells into sperm cells so that a female couple may in the future be able to have a biological child together with both of their dna.
