Camera question

okay I hace a Vivitar ViviCam X327 and I was recording a video.
I thought that maybe it had sound becuse at the top is a mic, but when I played the video, there was no sound.

so does this type of camera record sound or not?

were you playing the video back on the camera or the computer?

you might wanna check out the audio setting on the camera before you start recording. I'm not sure about your camera specifically, but there is a headphone jack on the camera.

After that go into menu and check audio setting and test out whether its getting audio to begin with. Try to increase recording sensitivity and such.
