Which calories are you burning off?

are the calories you burn off at the gym from fat ? cause you know how like on everything you eat it says calories__ calories from fat__
which one am I burning ?
and is it good if a eat once a day and exersize for like 2 to 3 hrs every other day ?

The calories you burn are just that, calories you burn when exercising. As an example, if you eat a whole stick of butter, that's a LOT of calories from fat. Even if it's not over the top in terms of the number of calories per day you should eat, it's too many fat calories, which then can cause health issues, stroke, heart attack, etc.

2-3 hours every other day is way more than enough, even 30-45 min every other day is good for cardio, and then make sure you warm up, cool down, etc.
